A Letter From the Founder
To Whom It My Concern,
I am writing to share the exciting news of our latest development project, the Gospel Music Hall of Fame - Missouri. My company, The Butler Group, has partnered with Steve Smith of The Lawrence Group and New + Found, to redevelop the former Second Baptist Church on Kingshighway into a 40,000+ square foot museum, education, cultural and performing arts center in heart of the Central West End's “Holy Corners” historic district. This facility will be an anchor for the neighborhood, helping to bridge the “Delmar Divide” and bringing needed jobs and tourism to the city of St. Louis.
